We provide a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. You are eligible to initiate a return if the handbag meets any of the following criteria:

- Exchange: If you prefer a different item and it is currently in stock, we will facilitate a direct swap.
- Refund: If you prefer a total reversal of the transaction, we will move to the refund stage.
Refund Protocols via Bank Transfer
Since all initial transactions occur via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued exclusively through bank transfers.
